This
year's MIA AGM and Annual Conference sees the launch
of an exciting new exhibition for MIA members, suppliers
and meetings industry professionals, Conference Live!
It has been developed by The Media Pack to provide industry
Suppliers and Service Providers with the chance to meet
our members face-to-face and highlight their range of
products and services in an exhibition format.
With
just 20 stands available, this exhibition gives the
sectors suppliers a perfect opportunity to network with
around 250 delegates who will be attending the event
on the day.

About
the conference
The
MIA Annual conference will provide an opportunity for
the industry to share best practice, demonstrate innovation
and debate. The 2007 event, entitled The Definitive
Meeting is an opportunity for the industry to listen
to high profile keynote speakers and share views, successes,
case studies and knowledge with industry colleagues
in our workshop sessions.
For
Exhibitors:
We
have been developing a contemporary shell scheme that
is an all inclusive package which will provide privacy
and an element of style for you on the day. The exhibition
is located within the Ballroom and in the main foyer
area.Both areas playing host to the main activities
taking place on the day.
All
exhibition stands come with: lighting per panel and
a storage cupboard included within the price. Exhibitors
are included in the activities taking place throughout
the day, and it includes coffee and lunch for one person.

The
event attracts a dynamic and diverse cross section of
the industry's leading opinion formers, conference and
meetings venue operators and conference buyers active
in the UK. other professionals including businesses
specialising in key segments, such as corporate entertainment,
motivation, team building, audio visual & production,
staging, software solutions, consultants, venue finder,
event management, insurance, flights, travel, consortia,
will all be there. In addition of course are the operations
directors andother key management figures who operative
within other segments of the Hospitality, Tourism and
Leisure industry.
